Our 2022 initiatives
In September 2021, NMM filed two statutory ballot petitions for medical cannabis with the Nebraska Secretary of State. The first initiative establishes protections for qualified patients and their caregivers. The second establishes a regulatory commission for registered establishments that provide medical cannabis to qualified patients. After an official review process, our campaign will print petition sheets and begin collecting signatures from Nebraska voters.
